What’s your morning routine?

I am a HUGE morning person (and definitely a little crazy). I get up at 5:30 am, workout, take Honey on a walk, and quickly get ready!

Who is your role model?

Emma Grede (co-founder of Skims, Good American, & Safely)!! She’s not only a genuinely nice human being, but also a complete boss. She’s started multiple successful companies and handles everything with grace. I appreciate her realistic approach to managing it all and I find her book recommendations SO inspiring.

What's your favorite easy dinner?

Fajitas hands down.

What's the best advice you've receive?

I have three: be nice to everyone, control the controllable, and things don’t just come to you, you have to work for them.

Hello and welcome! I’m Achan Kilat, the voice and heart behind BillionFam Blog, a space born from my most profound passion to inspire, encourage, and uplift women.

As a 53-year-old single mother of twins, I know what it feels like to stand at life’s crossroads. I have faced disappointment, lost opportunities, and moments where I questioned whether my dreams still had a place in the world. Yet through every challenge, I’ve learned that life can begin again at any age, in any season, when we choose faith over fear.

My path hasn’t been easy. After leaving college early, I returned years later to complete my degree in Human Services, determined to finish what I had started.
